The company was formed in 1986 and is one of a few independently owned Escrow/Shipping Agency and International Forwarding Companies in HUNGARY.
In 1997 we purchased priority freight international limited, a locally operated international forwarder and customs broker.
The priority business has been incorporated with that of HJM TRANSPORT KFT..
Since the incorporation of priority freight, HUNGARY 7/24 has separated its operations into four divisions to enable better focus on customer needs. A complete service is offered to both import and export clients:

How it Works?

Usually we take part at the selling process by offering our complete escrow and shipping services.
We are not just a regular escrow service, we have the infrastructure to conduct authorized pre-buy inspection on all types of vehicles.

The Seller initiates the Transaction with HJM TRANSPORT KFT..

The Buyer and Seller agree to terms and conditions, then Seller leaves the vehicle in HJM TRANSPORT KFT. custody.
HJM TRANSPORT KFT. verifies all the information and provides to the Buyer the transaction details:

Sales Contract
Invoice for Transaction

The Buyer verifies all the transaction details and submits the payment to HJM TRANSPORT KFT. in order to begin the shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The payment must be submitted within 48 hours to HJM TRANSPORT KFT. using bank-to-bank priority wire transfer. The funds will be held in HJM TRANSPORT KFT. bank account until the transaction is either completed or canceled. No funds will be transferred to the Seller until the Buyer accepts the vehicle.

The Buyer will receive the vehicle in 7-10 business days.
The vehicle is received by the Buyer and the 14 days inspection period begins.
During the inspection period the Buyer can verify the vehicle, the original documents and run a test drive.
The Buyer takes a decision after the 14 days inspection period:
- If the Buyer decides to purchase the vehicle, HJM TRANSPORT KFT. will register the vehicle under the Buyer's name.
- If the Buyer decides to not purchase the vehicle, the funds will be refunded to the Buyer and the vehicle will be shipped back to the Seller.

The funds are transferred from the HJM TRANSPORT KFT. bank account to the Seller.
The Seller will receive the amount transferred by the Buyer from which we will deduct the tax for the services used during the transaction.

Pricing for buying and selling a vehicle

For example, if you are buying a 12,500€ vehicle, the fees are going to be 250€.
This tax includes: the canceling of the old registration, deactivation of the car old registration and registration of it to the new buyer.
We will handle the entire procedure of cancellation, registration, sale contract and obtaining the temporary plates for new buyer.

There are a few situations that we currently handle:

The seller and the buyer have already agreed and discussed regarding the transaction and they want to use our escrow (with vehicle inspection) and shipping services; the funds are transferred to the escrow account but the seller will be paid at the end of the transaction;
You are a seller/buyer and you want to sell/buy a vehicle; after analyzing your case we will present our offer; usually the transaction takes place like in the case above;
